1. Parties and service
Training Genics. A trading name of Digitav Ltd. Registered in England and Wales under company number 07752721. These terms are between Training Genics and the business customer using the service. Training Genics provides hosted course, customer, candidate, booking, payment, certificate, document, reporting and management functionality.
2. Accounts and authorised users
Customers are responsible for accurate account information, authorised workspace owners and users, permission settings and credential security. Users and restricted instructor accounts are included under the published booking-based model unless a written agreement states otherwise.
3. Platform billing
The standard tariff uses progressive monthly booking bands from 1.50% to 0.60%, with the published minimum and maximum fee for each booking band. A £25.00 ex VAT minimum applies every calendar month. The first monthly invoice receives a £25.00 ex VAT discount.
4. Customer booking payments
Customer companies may connect Stripe to take payments through their own company-level course pages and customer portal. The customer is responsible for its course prices, taxes, refunds, payment terms and connected account. Third-party payment-provider terms and fees apply separately from the Training Genics platform tariff.
5. Customer data
The customer is responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, notices, retention and use of data entered into its workspace and must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or unauthorised material.
6. Course and certificate responsibility
Training Genics records information supplied by the customer. The customer remains responsible for course content, instructor suitability, attendance decisions, certificate validity, expiry rules and any regulatory obligations.
7. Acceptable use
Customers must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, distribute malicious material or use the platform unlawfully.
8. Third-party services
Some functions depend on hosting, email, payment, DNS or other providers. Their fees, limits, terms and availability may apply, and Training Genics is not responsible for failures outside its reasonable control.
9. Availability and support
Reasonable steps are taken to operate, maintain and secure the service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security work and provider incidents may occasionally affect access.
10. Intellectual property
Training Genics and its licensors retain rights in the platform, source code, templates, tools and design. Customers retain rights in their lawful content and grant the permissions needed to host and process it for the service.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, material breach, unlawful use or overdue payment. Data export and deletion arrangements are subject to the applicable agreement, law and reasonable technical limits.
12. Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions should be sent to info@traininggenics.com.
