What does Training Genics manage?
Training Genics manages course templates, multi-day course dates, venues, instructors, candidates, companies, bookings, customer invoices, certificates, documents, company booking pages and customer portals.
Are users or instructors charged separately?
No. The supplied platform model includes unlimited company users and does not add a separate charge for instructor logins, document storage, customer portals, customer payments or custom domains.
Can customers book online?
Yes. Each training company can publish its own customer-facing course dates, basket and checkout through its workspace or approved custom domain. Free courses can be confirmed without Stripe.
Can the platform support company and individual bookings?
Yes. Company bookings can include several candidates under one consolidated order and invoice, while individual bookings contain one candidate and can use the individual candidate portal.
