Clear booking-based platform pricing

Pay for booking activity, not for every user or feature

All core Training Genics features are included. Standard pricing is calculated using progressive monthly booking bands, with a percentage, minimum and maximum applied to each booking in its band.

Unlimited company users, customer portals, documents, customer payments and approved custom domains are included in the booking-based platform model.

Lower rates apply as monthly booking volume increases

These are progressive marginal bands. Only the bookings inside each band receive that band’s percentage, minimum and maximum.

How each fee is calculated

Percentage of net booking value, within the band limits

The fee uses the booking value after discounts and before VAT. The applicable percentage is calculated, then restricted by that band’s minimum and maximum.

Platform feeNet booking value × applicable percentageSubject to the band minimum and maximum

Monthly minimum: £25.00 ex VAT applies every calendar month.
First invoice discount: the first monthly invoice receives a £25.00 ex VAT discount.

First-band examples
