Frequently asked questions
What account types are supported?
Workspace owners, team members, restricted instructors, company portal accounts and individual candidate portal accounts are supported.
Can a company booking include several people?
Yes. Several company-linked candidates can be selected, with one consolidated order and invoice and one operational booking per candidate.
Can course dates be online?
Yes. A course date can use a saved venue or an online meeting URL.
Can company course pages require a password?
Yes. A company’s published dates can be open or use a restricted-booking password, and bookings stop at the configured day-before cutoff.
Are prices checked on the server?
Yes. The company checkout rechecks price, VAT and capacity before completing the order.
Can customers pay invoices through the portal?
Yes, when the company has activated Stripe Connect customer payments.
How are certificates issued?
They can be uploaded or generated from a course-specific template, including bulk generation for a course date.
Can the company edit joining instructions?
Yes. Joining instructions are one of the candidate email templates in Workspace Settings, with editable subject, body, variables, conditions and preview.
Can one company use its own domain?
Yes. A company can connect and validate its own domain using clear DNS instructions.
Does Training Genics charge for every user?
No. The supplied model has no separate user subscription charge.
How does Training Genics pricing work?
Standard fees use the published progressive booking bands. A £25.00 ex VAT minimum applies every month, and the first monthly invoice receives a £25.00 ex VAT discount.
What security controls are included?
The platform includes secure sessions, password reset, email verification, login safeguards, separated company workspaces, role and permission controls and private file storage.
